Licorera Cihuatán Folklore je unikátní rum z El Salvadoru, navržený jako pocta bohaté místní kultuře. Tento rum vyniká svou dřevitostí a kouřovými tóny doplněnými kakaem a kávou. Vůně je plná karamelu, vanilky a kouřového podtónu, s náznakem kávy a dřeva. Chuť je komplexní, s výraznými tóny kakaa, kávy a koření, doplněná o lehkou ovocnost připomínající hrozny. Závěr je harmonický, teplý a příjemně kouřový. --- English Licorera Cihuatán Folklore is a unique rum from El Salvador, designed as a tribute to the rich local culture. This rum stands out with its woody and smoky notes, complemented by cocoa and coffee. The nose is filled with caramel, vanilla, and a smoky undertone, with hints of coffee and wood. The palate is complex, featuring prominent tones of cocoa, coffee, and spices, enriched by a light fruitiness reminiscent of grapes. The finish is harmonious, warm, and pleasantly smoky. --- Deutsch Licorera Cihuatán Folklore ist ein einzigartiger Rum aus El Salvador, der als Hommage an die reiche lokale Kultur konzipiert wurde. Dieser Rum besticht durch seine Holz- und Rauchnoten, ergänzt durch Kakao und Kaffee. Die Nase ist erfüllt von Karamell, Vanille und einem rauchigen Unterton, mit Anklängen von Kaffee und Holz. Der Geschmack ist komplex, mit ausgeprägten Noten von Kakao, Kaffee und Gewürzen, angereichert durch eine leichte Fruchtigkeit, die an Trauben erinnert. Der Abgang ist harmonisch, warm und angenehm rauchig.

Ve vůni cítím především sladkost karamelu a dřevo, v chuti také , na to, že je to 17 let starý rum, čekal jsem větší integraci do chuti.. Popravdě myslím, že publikum si tento rum určitě najde..pokud vyzkoušíte nižší řady, bude to fajn..
