Добрый ром, сухой, бочка приятная. Фрукты, банан, травянистоять. После открытия бутылки развивается в лучшую сторону, через 2-3 недели становится более округлый.

Nummer 16 aus dem Tastillery Adventskalender. In der Nase pflanzlichen und florale Noten gepaart mit leichter holzigkeit. Im Geschmack holzig, leicht pflanzliche Noten, dann scharfer Zimt und etwas beißend. Ich finde den Alkohol nicht so gut eingebunden. Abgang auch sehr kurz.

Ein zugänglicher Rum mit Noten von Vanille, Karamell, Honig und reifen Früchten. Er wirkt weich und ausgewogen, aber auch recht dünn. Kein Rum mit Tiefe, dafür ein unkomplizierter Sipper mit fairem Preis-Genuss-Verhältnis.

Very unspectacular and average for a Belize rum. Primarily classic caramel, woody notes. Then some fruit in the finish but overall quite thin and nothing that particularly stands out.

Time to finish up 1423's "24 days of Christmas". This is the rum from day 19, and I find it to be rather okay. Some coconut in the nose, and I got some tropical fruits and caramel in the notes. A rather short and woody finish

Rum Festival Vienna 20.09.2024 Smooth, solid Belize. The company owner from NL was also at the stand. Very likeable and always interesting to get background knowledge. Sweet - a term often used in the context of the rum festival.

Sample no.19 of the 24 days of rum calendar 2023. Pleasant on the nose with caramel, coconut and the vanilla from the oak barrels. Palate has more of the same but with a light roasted tone of nuts and chocolate.

In der Nase nussig, Haselnuss, leicht schokoladige Haferflocken. Recht weich. Auf der Zunge ein bisschen fruchtig und ein wenig Süße, aber insgesamt leider etwas flach, fast wässrig. Der Abgang ist mittellang, Noten von Gewürzen, ein bisschen Schärfe vom Alkohol und generell ähnlich wie die Nase. Für meinen Geschmack etwas langweilig, das nussige Aroma ist ganz schön.

Der Belizean Blue Signature Blend ist ein angenehmer milder Rum. Er zeichnet sich durch ein vollmundiges süßes Profil aus. Ich kann tropische Früchte mit einen Hauch von Kokus und Vanille erkennen. Das erste Mal habe ich diesen Rum beim Vienna Rum Festival 2024 kennengelernt. Diesmal habe ich den Belizean Blue Signature Blend I'm Rahmen des Online Tastings von Rum Snacker Falk verkostet.

Here is a little thing going on with some glue/varnish and some nuttiness that evolves from a general green plants being cut on a field smell. Of course in the end, belize can do much better. And in the end also, nobody needs this at this price since better alternatives in the same price range are available...
