The nose announces a sweet rum with notes of caramel and vanilla, followed by marzipan and a hint of dark chocolate. After a good opening, the orange settles in, giving a round, greedy whole. On the palate, the attack is on dark chocolate and a spicy edge (alcohol not perfectly integrated). Despite the low alcohol content, the wine remains quite alcoholic. The greediness of the nose is not present on the palate.

Nice masterclass at the Trou à Rhum in Arras. Nose: young woods, coconut, cinnamon, caramel, nuts. Palate: cinnamon, sweet spices, ultra-smooth overall. Finish: short and more intense, with a twist I couldn't identify. Comments: intriguing nose, balanced palate, slightly disappointing finish, too bad not much was missing!

Discreet on the nose compared with the rest of the MEZAN range, more concentrated on the palate (everything is relative)! The pastry is quite present and pleasant. Short but sweet finish.
