This rum from the Carrere distillery in Guadeloupe is selected by Guillaume de Roany and Rhums du Sud. It’s reduced to navy strength, 57%, before bottled. Overall a great Guadelopian Agricole Blanc that beats most of the others.

What a bomb of an unaged rum. Lots of fruits and very intense in the profile. I let it rest for 30 minutes before sipping and also tried with a bit of water to see if more flavours would be released. It draws really nice curtains in the glass the.
