Un nez crémeux et concentré sur les fruits blancs mûrs (pomme, poire, banane), délicatement vanillés et cacaotés. De la cannelle pour les épices. La bouche allie végétal, boisé et fruits exotiques. Sur la finale, le rhum se fait poivré, puis iodé, pour une fin de bouche plutôt longue, qui marque le retour d’une légère amertume (clou de girofle). Perso, je pencherai sur un Enmore ou un gentillet PM. Pour info, cette jolie étiquette a été réalisée par Malou Keunen
