Série comparative de Clairins ansyens. Le même que le Casimir WHKCA1 sauf le fût. Un tout petit peu moins bien noté. Grosses différences dues au fût. Le nez est assez agressif avec du vernis à ongles, de l’acétone et de l’alcool. La bouche est vive et ample mais avec une profondeur limitée. La finale est ténue, trop marquée par le fumé et le whisky. Regouté et bien moins bon, pas équilibré. Merci Dr. Django pour l’échantillon.

Crosstasting gelagerte Clairins: Le Rocher 27 Monate Ex-Whisky (RX4411) Casimir 27 Monate Ex-Whisky (RX12073) Casimir 27 Monate Ex-Whisky (RX12072) An der Nase deutlich mehr Fasseinfluss als sein Casimir-Mitstreiter. Süße Vollmilchschokolade, Vanille, gelbes Kernobst, aber auch noch ein sehr frisches Profil. Die Beiden Casimir sind sich recht ähnlich, desto deutlicher unterscheiden sie sich aber vom Le Rocher. Am Gaumen dann nach der Wucht des Le Rocher etwas unauffällig. Banane, gelbes Kernobst, Zitrone und ne Mischung aus Pappe und Holzig. Wesentlich umgänglicher als der hässliche Zwilling Le Rocher. Der Alkohol schlägt hier schon recht ordentlich zu. Das können die beiden Konkurrenten besser! Fazit: der abgefuckte Le Rocher ist zwar nichts was man oft trinken kann oder will, aber ist echt am spannendsten. Ne Flasche davon würde ich alleine nicht leer bekommen. Aber hin und wieder um den Gaumen mal ordentlich zu verprügeln echt interessant. Dahinter der andere Clairin Casimir. Demnächst folgen Vaval 22 Monate, Sajous 22 Monate, Sajous 5Y Ex-Caroni
