One of my favourite rums. Well balanced, very round. Even though very sweet at the taste (which I do like), the sweetness goes to the woody, leather and even tobacco ending. I believe that this rum will stay on my top list for a very long time and I can definitely recommend it.

It is weird to revisit one of the rums that got me started so many years ago. The extreme sweetness that I once liked so much is almost unpleasant today but this rum does not deserve to be destroyed by assigning a lower note as it is one of the rums that draws people into this hobby.

This is a very sweet rum and I'd say it's a girls rum though it is very well balanced. Very well spiced and round finish.

7,8:On the nose the first impression we get is warm and rich with flambéed banana, orange peel, buttered and caramelized, accompanied by hazelnuts, some baking spices, after airing some vegetal notes arise, leather, tobacco, a smoky touch. 8:On the palate, we have a candied fruits attack, tropical, dried, orange peel, some yellow also squeeze in.It's very greedy and sweet, but tasty.The banana is still flambéed and attacks our tasting buds, coated in soft caramel. Mild spices, baking, add the finishing touch.We also taste delicious mocha, caramelized burnt sugar, crème brûlée from roastedness. 7,8:The finish is long, a bit dry, the banana is still present, dried fruits, the walnut, a new arrival, rounds this dessert, there are some smoky tones, confectionery...

Sladší, přitom stále příjemně vyvážené chutě tohoto rumu mi dělá v mém baru skvělého parťáka vedle rumu Zacapa a Botran. Škoda jen lacinější láhve s obyčejným uzávěrem, kterou obohacuje jen atraktivní pletený "kabát".

Süß, süß, süß. Vanille, Nougat und Karamell im Geschmack. Geruch - alkoholisch scharf. Der Geschmack ist völlig anders, süße Schokolade, Karamell und Vanille. Ein wenig Würze am Anfang und ein mittellanger süßer Abgang. Einfach zu süß für meinen Geschmack

Very mild rum. Sweet and not as spicy as expected, in my opinion it has a strong plum with brown sugar taste. Very smooth. I would compare this rum with the A.H. Riise 175 anniversary edition, BUT this rum has not as many tasting levels as the Riise, so that's why I rated this rum with 80⭐

Rozpuštěné ( rozcumlané) lentilky. Kdo to nedělal, hoď kamenem :-) je to sladký jako blázen, ale kdejakou slečnu tím určitě potěšilte. Mě to potěšilo mín, a se svým XO kolegou má bohužel pramálo společnelho.

Sweet, sweet, sweet. Vanilla, nougat and caramel in taste. Nose- alcoholic sharp. Taste completely different, sweet chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Little bit of spice at the beginning ending with medium long sweet finish.

This is a very easy drinking rum for non rum drinkers. No complexity and sweetened to the point that it is overly obvious. Honey, caramel and sugar in the mouth and very approachable and easy to drink as a result, but no complexity outside of these sweet and fruity notes. If you are looking for a sweetened sipper it does the job well but nothing more
