Very unusual spicy sweet profile for an agricole style from Tahiti. Has almost something of brioche or pastry with apricot jam and some cinnamon.... In the daiquiri unfortunately a bit boring.

The nose is delicate with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and flowers. The palate is initially pungent with intense vegetal/earthy and somewhat citrusy(tangerine)/pepper notes and then melts into a honeyed, floral sweetness. Very rounded. One savors the profile of otaïti cane that grows in Polynesian territory, it remains more delicate and sweet than blue or red cane.
