Une bonne surprise, un nez profond et entier, beurrée et fruité. Élégant et puissant. Une bouche assez brûlante , un peu creuse, différente du nez. Puis les arômes réapparaissent. Une finale riche et intense. En sentant le verre vide apparaît un parfum assez net de Demerara.

C’est un magnifique Rhum. C’est la première fois que je déguste un rhum de la Compagnie des Indes et j’en ai commandé d’autres. Malgré le degré d’alcool élevé, l’équilibre est parfait. A recommandé 👍
