On reconnaît la trame Saint James immédiatement avec ce boisé inégalable ! Encore un très bon rhum de la part de ferroni qui sauras ravir les amateurs des Antilles française, surtout les amateurs de Saint James. En bouche, la texture visqueuse du beaume de Venise ce fait sentir. Cependant on conserve cet aspect très imagé d'une vieille maison en automne et toutes les odeurs qui vont avec.

Beaucoup de bois et de fruits secs sur une trame verte. On reconnaît le boisé toasté de Saint James. Le raisin est présent au nez et en bouche, particulièrement sur la finale sucrée La composition sort des classiques agricoles et produit un ensemble surprenant et agréable. La complexité aromatique est remarquable.

Top for the price! My main gripe is that the Venetian beaume seems to overpower the rum, and can be disgusting...

Very woody, dry and powerful. Very complex for its young age, the alcohol is perfectly integrated with a woody, spicy finish that is quite long. I really enjoyed this rum, which is well worth the price.
