Karukera Blanc Agricole
One taster called it "sensationally sweet, soft and smooth" and made his Ti' Punch with it — that's the through-line here. Expect fresh sugarcane, cucumber, grass and a citrus lift, with a warm alcoholic edge at 50%. A few find it genuinely fruity (pineapple, pear, melon in punch); one member hated the cucumber note outright. Very much a Ti' Punch bottle.

The nose has the typical agricole notes with a certain freshness.the rhum is fine bubbly and oily in the glass. The taste has a certain alk. Sharpness but not unpleasant. The finish is long and brings the pineapple to the palate with earthy and floral notes. Can be drunk well as an aperitif or digestif. As a ti-punch, the floral, grassy and earthy notes are more prominent.

Ich kann diese guten Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen, was für ein widerliches Gebräu. Schmeckt wie "Achims Rache" Gurkenschnaps, nur noch 100× schlimmer. Schlimmster blind Duty Free kauf ever.

Karukera Blanc is produced from Blue Cane at The Esperance distillery in Guadeloupe. The Esperance distillery also produce the brand Longueteau. Overall an sensationally sweet, soft and smooth Agricole Blanc which I found perfect in a Ti Punch

Sehr fruchtig, sowohl pur, als auch im Punch. Im Punch ist Ananas, Birne und Honigmelone zu erkennen. Sekundär sind auch ein paar Kräuter wahrzunehmen. Alles in allem sehr harmonisch und sehr lecker – ein fast perfekter Rhum für den Punch. 8,9/10 Punkten

In itself an interesting complex flavor but not "my taste". Has something of banana bread. Goes in the Ti'Punch already almost without syrup.
