Dictador 25 Colombian Rum
Twenty-five years on paper, but what lands is soft and sweet more than deeply aged. Walnut and chocolate sit up front, with coffee, caramel and dried orange trailing behind — an oily, gentle pour at 40%. One taster nailed the split, calling out "the sirup/infusion" as the loudest note, with little alcohol body underneath. Pleasant, low-drama, sweet.
