A very thick FS. Pretty woody and loads of (dried) red fruits/dates/figs/raisin. Pretty much like a sherry matured spirit. You must love that kind of woodiness. In this case it works well. A very chewable dram.

Nose first closed, then wet wood and coconut, fresh figs and raisins. The fig becomes increasingly important. The Sauternes cask brings a little novelty without clouding everything, a very nice nose. Round and warm on the palate, a little saline on the same markers with more spice. The finish is of very decent length, spicy, woody and sweet. Glou glou, excellent value for money

בקבוק עוד בקבוק פורסקוור של הבוטיקי הפעם קצת כהה יותר. מתוק יותר. שוקולדי ועצי יותר. רמה גבוהה גם אבל מעדיף אותם פחות מלאים בחבית לפחות בסגנון הזה. המזקקה משחקת טוב יותר עם הסגנון הזה ובטח שוולייר. המחיר אבל טוב מאוד.

The usual fs notes with the roundness provided by the Sauternes cask. Still coconut, ripe fruit and grape on the palate. Correct length. A good product.
