Habitation du Simon A1710 La Perle Brute 2021
Fresh-cut sugarcane, damp earth, mushroom and dried herbs pour out of the glass — an intensely vegetal white agricole with an earthy, almost truffled streak that regulars recognize as the house style. The palate turns dry, oily and peppery, with a flash of mango and a long warm finish. At 66% the alcohol is loud: several tasters loved the nose but wrestled with the heat.

Review by TheRhumhoe

Too much alcohol, unluckily because nose and taste are great, whenever you're able to bypass alcohol while nosing or drinking
