thanks Gunnar :) frank has already written more than I ever could have. A delicious rum in which the alcohol is well integrated. Vanilla and pleasant sweetness. The finish is short. The gift is something special. Thank you very much! P.S. My brother-in-law LOVES it xD

A little exotic... Nose: wow, super complex. Fruity, spicy, smoky, sweetish. A little bit of everything. At the beginning still a little alcoholic spiciness and surprisingly the smell of After Eight, followed by a tart maple syrup sweetness. Behind this, cold, sweetish smoke and old, charred wood. Some old lemon and green apple fruit. Leather and vanilla powder at the back. Palate: this After Eight note is also present on the palate, perhaps a little too strong. Bitter at first. After Eight turns into something artificial, iodine-containing; not at all pleasant. The fruitiness comes more from tart bergamot. The spiciness comes more from caraway. Also reminiscent of retsina. Too bad, I would have given the nose 85, but the palate only 71. I had hoped for more.
