This one is very similar to the 7 year old, just lifted a few levels in flavour. Nice and fruity with vanilla and some woodiness. The day after the glass has a very nice nose.

Initially a little tangy, after a longer standing time very round and powerful on the palate. Vanilla and fruit. Slightly woody.

My dad had a new bottle. Not bad at all. Quite accessible, with maybe a bit too much alcohol in the flavor at only 46% ABV. Oaky, earthy and bittersweet.
