Neptune Foursquare Neptune Gold Rum
Best sipped on the rocks, where the buttered-popcorn, vanilla and light oak have room to show — several tasters call it "fruity and vanilla forward super easy" at 40%. Try it in cola and it washes out fast; this one's too delicate to mix. An 8-year Foursquare that opinions split hard on: some find it a pleasant everyday pour, others just "standard rum and nothing more."

How does Neptune Foursquare Neptune Gold Rum taste?
Aggregated from 54 community reviews.
Light, easy vanilla Foursquare, best neat Divisive. A handful enjoy its soft vanilla-and-popcorn ease neat; plenty find it thin, short-finishing and unremarkable. Best on the rocks, not in a mixer.

... Foursquare je destilerka z Barbadosu produkujici uzasne rumy ke kazdodennimu popijeni. Je to rum, ktery oceni zejmena rumari, kteri maji plne zuby cukru a hledaji jemny, nasladly rum plny kokosu, vanilky, cokolady a karamelu. Proste prijemne a nijak agresivni chute.

J’aime beaucoup ce rhum, avec une finale assez longue et douce avec du caramel, du café, de l’abricot et un goût persistant de viennoiseries qui fait que j’aime beaucoup ce rhum.

Quite a nice rum. As the sixth sample from the rum calendar I liked it the best so far
Review by X-Savior
On The Rocks: On the nose it is very light and subtle with molasses, fruit, spice and oak with hints of butter and popcorn. Taste is a strong spice followed by some light oak a very clear buttery popcorn taste that continues into a medium finish. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Pepsi Zero. Taste is smooth but nothing really stands out. It is very washed out mixed. This is a very delicate rum and should be sipped on the rocks.
