This is a great Agricole with a nice nose and even better palate. Very fresh Agricole notes blended well with fruits and some vanilla as well as a pinch of honey. Price to quality is very good in my mind. A true Agricole so maybe not for beginners.

Nase: angenehm würzig-holzig-fruchtig. Duftendes Kirschholz und zart Pfeifentabak mit Vanille. Darüber viel Frucht: Zitrone mit grünem Apfel, Johannisbeere und Sauerkirsche. Süße von Honig und weißem Nougat. Hat auch was von Brioche. Sehr angenehm aber etwas zurückhaltend. Gaumen: frisch-würzig, leicht holzig-bitter. Intensiv und lecker. Süße Zitrone mit grünem Apfel und Traube. Zunächst herb, fast etwas Chili, dann gleich grün mit Kamille und Kräutern. Im Abgang bleibt er holzig, grün, wird grasiger mit Kamille und etwas Liebstöckel. Hat eine interessante Geschmackskurve und gefällt mir echt gut. Guter Agricole!

Un nez déroutant tant il est puissant. Une bouche plus douce mais sur le caramel, les épices, la colle, et un côté médicamenteux.
