Made for a glass with ice or a cocktail shaker more than for sipping neat. The nose is all fresh pineapple and green apple, with caramel and a soft sweetness behind it — one taster even double-checked whether it was spiced. Sweet and slightly sharp on the palate, with a short finish. A couple of reviewers pegged it as clearly dosed. It shines in a Mojito or Rum Runner.

Pretty sweet with a heavy mouthfeel, so I imagine this is likely dosed a bit. Banana, caramel, vanilla. This is a pleasant rum and it is VERY nice in cocktails, especially things like a Rum Runner where it’s complementing a banana liqueur. I wouldn’t be looking to sip it neat but you can have worse times.

I was searching for a basic but aromatic rum for a Mojito. The choice in the store was only between Bacardi and this one so I decided to give it a try. Of course this isn't a top product but It's much better than I expected. Aroma is very pinapply with hints of chocolate so I had to double check if It's not spiced. The taste is a bit sharp but as an additive for drinks It's more than ok.

I guess something very sweetened, no distinct taste. But I think it's a rum that non-rum visitors will rip my arms off for, and it's not mainstream. It does have strawberry, pineapple and other fruits in the taste, but I don't really trust it.

In der Nase hat man sofort frische Ananas und etwas grünen Apfel. Im Geschmack dann weniger Ananas und Apfel. Kurzer unspektakulärer Abgang.

It was described as being infused with the Filipino attitude of joy and optimism. Unfortunately, it also seems infused with pineapple and coconut flavoring. Not enjoying it straight or mixed.
