A well-crafted, well-structured aged rum. The nose, with its minty, vegetal freshness, woody notes and dried and nutty fruits, is slightly lifted by sweet spices for a harmonious, pleasing whole. On the palate, the attack is darker, carried by wood, leather, spices and toasted, toasted notes. A touch of dried fruit and an agricultural, vegetal influence form the background. The result is a fairly dry rum with a nice roundness, easily approachable and gourmet. The finish, of decent length, displays the sweetness of cane and fruit, the dryness of wood and spices, and the roundness of floral notes. A very respectable entry-level rum offering a profile that's both easy-drinking and evolving.

This Agricole from Bielle in Marie Galante has been aged for three years. It has everything an Agricole should have, but everything’s too weak. The nose is fruity with aromas of lime, candied fruit, honey and lemon. At the palate it’s woody, nutty, spicy and fruity with flavors of almonds, citrus, mascarpone, iodine and cinnamon. The medium long finish is spicy and a little fat with the flavors from the palate remaining.

Dégustation au Limoges Spirits Festival 2025. 👃 Canne à sucre, fraîcheur végétale, florale et fruitée, herbe sèche, noix de coco, agrumes, ananas doux, boisé léger, côté légèrement confit et caramélisé. Assez rond. 😋 Le distillat agricole typique de la distillerie, canne à sucre, herbacé et floral, iode légère, vanille douce, fruits secs, boisé un peu plus présent qu'au nez avec des épices de cuisine et une légère noix écrasée. Profil sec et rond. ⛳ De longueur moyenne, douceur des saveurs, une belle note combinée de canne à sucre, de fruits et de vanille douce. Un peu de caractéristiques du boisé reste en fi nde bouche, épices légère, piment doux, chocolat. 💡 Un bon agricole pour faire découvrir la gamme des VO. Cependant, il est disponible entre 60 et 70🍒, ce n'est donc pas un bon RQP pour un 3 ans d'âge.

Je n ai pas vraiment été assez emballé par ce vieux rhum pourlui donnerplus que 7.4. j ai trouvé qu il manquait de caractère. La finale est assez courte. En bouche j aurais souhaité un peu plus de rondeur. On a aussi un peu d Iodé/herbe très légère vanille

Approachable and smooth integrated alcohol given the age. It leads with a soft and lightly kiwi fruit mouth, the mouth is more agricole with hay and sugarcane partnering into a short but balanced finish. For a three year old rhum it drinks well and is enjoyable

Another very good sample from Agricole world. Aroma is very gentle, fresh and overall pleasant, which was really nice surprise for me. I noticed coconut, dried fruits, hay and some herbs. In taste I noticed wood, spice with combination of vanilla and almost buttery flavor (texture in my opinion is 100 % buttery), and some nuts with medium finish where is dominant spice and nutt flavor. In my opinion this is the rum you should serve when someone tell you, they want to try some agricole for the first time. Very soft and pleasant agricole rum and for that price it is must have/must try.

The aroma and taste are mostly citrus and vanilla, then somewhere in the background clove slightly cut by pepper.
