Damoiseau VSOP
One taster called it a "honey-sweet agricole" that turns surprisingly complex after a soft, fruity start — and that split is the whole story. Expect grassy sugarcane, citrus, vanilla and a good hit of cinnamon spice, with a mild, round body from this Guadeloupe column-still cane-juice rum. Several found the palate a touch spicy and ordinary next to that gorgeous nose.

This is definitely not a mixer and I'd be sad to see people mixing with this very nice rum. A very delicious rum that's dry in the beginning but the explodes with a lot of flavours. A great Agricole that I think connoisseurs would love. Price to quality is very good.

Review by R Wehner
Nase fruchtig, honigsüße, bissel Würze, Zunge erst mild süß und fruchtig, dann der Hammer, komplex agricole, leicht scharf
Review by GigiMartini

Not bad at all. The fruitiness dominates especially in nose and the medium long finish.

Leichte Agricoletöne. Schwach im Geruch. Im Geschmack dafür sehr rund

Entspannter Agricole

A very mild and soft sipper, made professionally but also a bit boring. I am even missing the Cognac or Grappa impressions of other Agricoles.

Grasig, Zitrusfrüchte, Zuckerrohr, leicht wüzig. Nichts spektakuläres.

Riecht sehr süß und schokoladig. Geschmacklich schlechter, scharf und schwierig einzuordnen.
Review by Kieron Wood
Such a different blend of two types of rum . Charcoal flavours followed by citrus fruits ... Makes a good Manhattan. ..

Sympathique. Très marqué par la cannelle.
Review by HenryL

Just ok, nothing of interest for experienced fellow rum guys
