Wow, wieder so ein übelst heftig pflanzliches Teil. Aber meinen Geschmack trifft so ein Rum ja. Neben seiner Pflanzlicjkeit ist er auch noch ziemlich floral sowie blumig. Am Gaumen lässt sich auch Limette und Tomate erkennen.

On the nose, I find the leathery character of a lot of pure rum distilled in alembics. Very pleasant, with a slight "starch" in the mouth.

Superb single-varietal white rum. On the nose, flowers accompany the cane, and of course a few citrus fruits, and on the palate I'm leaning towards small aniseed and peppery notes. A truly wonderful discovery that I'd recommend, with its crunchy taste of cane and flowers!

On the nose it is heady and very fruity but also vegetal with hints of ripe tropicals, olives, pumpkin, citrus and legumes; letting it air out overall it almost seems like esters. The palate is tasty with papaya, pumpkin, herbs, fermented, pepper and citrus; quite savory on the finish with a soft sweet barrel. In the empty glass olives and fermented. (Very good after a pizza with capers and anchovies 👌)
