Un blend de 3 pays hispaniques dont on ressent la trame au nez, avec une gourmandise caramélisée, des épices douces, des notes rôties, du café et du chocolat, le tout sur un boisé très jeune et léger. En bouche, la même trame se poursuit, avec une texture moelleuse et fondante. On sent que le Panama donne un petit plus à l’assemblage pour donner un peu plus de caractère. La finale est assez mince, mais elle révèle une note de fraîcheur insoupçonnée ainsi qu’une touche de noix et de réglisse qui donne un petit quelque chose à ce rhum. L’assemblage est plutôt réussi pour un rhum de gamme permanente, avec un prix tout aussi doux.

Dégustation au rhum fest donc incomplète... Rien de transcendant mais il se laisse boire. Ron classique porté sur le caramel avec une grosse réduction le rendant assez plat.
