Nez extrêmement gourmand avec beaucoup de fruits tropicaux mélés au caramel et à la vanille, le tout réhaussé par quelques solvants, du cirage et un beau boisé/grillé. La bouche est chaude, et on repart avec les mêmes acteurs que pour le nez. Fruit de la passion, ananas, caramel, vanille, bois ciré, épices. Finale longue sur la passion et les épices.

Premier nez après ouverture longue un caramel beurre salé très plaisant. Et des Esther léger. En bouche une pointe acide plaisante rappelant l’orange amer. La pointe d’acidité persiste en finale et les 62% sont finalement très bien assimilé.

Au nez du sucre brun caramélisé, de la colle et du chocolat, avec un boisé assez marqué. En bouche, c est relativement gras. Les mêmes notes sont toujours présentes avec un boisé et une pointe d amertume en fin de bouche. L alcool est tres bien intégré. Seul bémol, une finale un peu courte. Un belle sélection qui change des rhums habituels.
