    Loved as a rounded, fruit-and-funk Hampden with well-integrated alcohol. The catch: some find it a bit woody, young or middle-of-the-road, and hyped beyond what's in the glass.

  2. Best for: Bourbon-cask and Foursquare fans who want oak, spice and cocoa

    Loved and reliable: coconut, oak, cocoa and spice at a well-integrated 60%. A few prefer the 2008 and find this one drier or a touch too peppery, but hard to disappoint here.

  3. Best for: Fans of high-ester Jamaican funk and Mai Tai builders

    A go-to daily Hampden most people rate highly, with all the funky ester markers. Several find it a touch young, edgy, or flatter than the older Overproof — but hard to fault for the money.

  4. Best for: Foursquare fans who like sherry-cask depth and dry, oaky rum

    A well-liked, sherry-tinged Foursquare with chocolate, dried fruit and oak. Hot and sharp neat; rest it or add water. Some find the ECS profile a bit familiar by now.

  5. Best for: Fans of dark, woody navy blends with Guyana character

    Well-liked navy blend most call balanced and complex, with cocoa, wood and dark fruit. The recurring gripe: it's a bit less special than earlier editions, and the finish turns bitter and tannic for some.

    Loved by most as a well-balanced, dry-yet-sweet Barbados classic with a gorgeous nose. The recurring gripe: at 60% the alcohol isn't always neatly tucked in.

    Widely loved as a rounded, elegant Worthy Park with banana, honey and plenty of oak. Not the funkiest Jamaican; a couple of tasters wish the fruit lasted longer against the wood.

    Well-liked as a rounded, fruit-forward Hampden with tamed esters. Several regulars rank it below the 2020/2021 editions and find it a touch young and bitter, but still very drinkable.

  9. Best for: Agricole fans who like dry, woody, spice-heavy aged rum

    Well-liked across the series for its dry oak, dried fruit and cognac notes. Most agree it's balanced but wood- and spice-dominant; some find it a touch bitter and less thrilling than the 2001.

  10. Best for: Fans of high-ester funk and clairin

    Well-liked aged clairin — funky, fruity and rounder than the raw distillate. Most love the mango-and-glue character; the catch is a hot, sometimes clove-heavy start that needs air.

  11. Best for: Fans of high-ester, cask-strength Jamaican rum

    Widely loved as one of the best Worthy Parks around — fruity, funky and complex. The one recurring gripe: the alcohol can feel sharp and needs time to open.

  12. Best for: Fans of aged, low-ester Jamaican pot still

    Widely liked as a rounded, low-ester Jamaican — banana, spice and gentle funk with the alcohol tucked in. The catch: the finish runs a bit short, and a few find it dry or plain.

  13. Best for: Aged agricole fans who like fruit-forward, woody cask strength

    Loved for its fruity, orange-heavy nose, though the palate turns woody, tannic and a touch bitter. Several rank it below No. 1; a few call it eindimensional. Needs air.

    Loved for its fruity, estery character and layered chocolate-leather-wood palate. A few feel the 54.5% alcohol isn't fully tucked away, and some prefer the 2020 or 50th Anniversary.

    Many rate it their favorite Australian — deep, fruity, spicy and complex once rested. The consistent catch is a sharp, not-quite-integrated alcohol that a little water tames.
