Trois Rivières sits in the south of Martinique, with roots on an estate that dates back to the late 1600s. Like all Martinique agricole, its rums are distilled from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, and carry the island’s AOC. The range runs from unaged white to old millésimes, plus oddities like the sea-water-reduced Cuvée de l’Océan and the smoked Cannes Brûlées.
