Founded in the 17th century on the southern tip of Martinique, Trois Rivières distillery is one of the historic strongholds of AOC rhum agricole. Its wind-swept sugarcane fields face the Caribbean Sea, giving the rums a trademark iodized, mineral edge that appeals to enthusiasts worldwide.
