Port Mourant isn’t a distillery you can visit anymore — the estate closed decades ago. What survives is its still: a wooden double pot still, one of the last of its kind, moved to Diamond and still run today by Demerara Distillers. Everything carrying the PM mark comes off that piece of equipment, which is why the profile is so recognizable across bottlers.
