Oliver & Oliver is a Dominican Republic producer that supplies and blends rum under a spread of familiar labels — Ron Quorhum, Presidente Marti, Opthimus, Ron Esclavo, Cubaney and the Unhiq malt rum. Founded by the Oliver family, who trace roots back to Cuban sugar and rum tradition, the house works largely in the solera method: younger and older rums married across ex-bourbon and sometimes port and sherry oak, aiming for a soft, vanilla-forward Spanish style.
