MHOBA is a single-estate distillery in Mpumalanga, South Africa, where founder Robert Greaves grows his own sugarcane and runs stills he built himself from copper. Everything happens on one farm — crushing fresh cane, wild-yeast fermentation, pot distillation — which is unusual for a producer that has become a fixture in serious rum circles since the late 2010s.
