Production combines column still and copper double retort pot still distillation from molasses, with the pot still adding weight and ester-driven fruit to blends that would otherwise sit lighter.

Aging happens in a mix of casks. The XO Triple Cask, for example, marries American whiskey, bourbon and cognac barrels across five to seventeen years, while the limited Master Blender Collection experiments with Port, Andean oak, sherry and single-still expressions.
