Rum Nation, founded by Fabio Rossi under the Rossi & Rossi label, runs two clear lanes. On one side sit the approachable, gently sweet Spanish-style rums — Panama, Guatemala, Peru — bottled around 40-45% for easy drinking. On the other sits the Rare Rums and Small Batch line, where the picks get serious: Caroni 1998, Port Mourant, Savanna Grand Arôme, Enmore, all at higher strength and often with a sherry finish.
